Ayurveda believes that any pain, inflammation or disease is caused by obstruction of the flow of Vayu (wind) in our bodies. During the massage a various techniques and heat producing movements are generated which make the body airs expand and move, hence overcome the obstructions. Above all, after each body part massage a Marma points (vital energy points) are targeted and pressed. Because these points are located on cross-paths of muscles, tendons, bones or nerves, their correct manipulation enables to remove pain caused by blocked energy in these channels.

– Firstly we start with pre-massage consultation with pulse reading where we can identify pains & issues within your body & mind

– Secondly I will select ideal oil therapy to be used during the massage

– Afterwards. we proceed with massage of chosen body area with applying multiple massaging techniques, pressure on Marma points (vital energy points), massage of Chakras and finally using a sweating technique with Pinda Sweda to release toxins through the skin pores

– Lastly, after the massage I’ll share tips for more beneficial diet & lifestyle choices based on individual Ayurvedic constitution and observations from massage itself
